General description technique/protocol: The center of injection site in case 3112 was in cortical layer V of the GI at 1.0 mm posterior to bregma and the injection labeled all cortical layers including layer VI (Fig. 3) [...] The extent of labeling (labeled cells) at the injection site was at maximum 800 micrometers in the rostrocaudal direction (Table 1) and confined to the GI (Fig. 3).
