General description technique/protocol: In case RP-88526, an injection of PHA-L was placed in the rostral part of the subcommissural VP. Collator note: small injection in the dorsal part of the rostral SI, in the "shoulder" part of it, just below of the anterior commissure. See Fig. 2D, Swanson Atlas Levels 15-16. The injection site is considered here included in the SI, however, some neurons in the accumbens have been found labeled by the tracer. This is interpreted by the authors as retrograde transport of the PHAL.
