Report ID | Sending structure | Receiving structure | Projection strength | Technique | General description projection | Collator | Associated reference |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
90801 | Primary auditory area | Caudoputamen | strong | PHAL | The caudal striatum was heavily labeled. Collator note: Fig 3a-b, Swanson Atlas Levels 27-31. | Romanski LM & LeDoux JE, 1993 | |
90817 | Primary auditory area | Caudoputamen | moderate/strong | PHAL | ALd and the caudal striatum were labeled, as was the amygdalostriatal transition zone (AST) (Fig. 4a; see also Fig. 9B). Collator note: labeling of the dorsal corner of the caudal LA, and of the ventral corner of the CP. See Fig. 4a-b, Swanson Atlas Levels 26-29. | Romanski LM & LeDoux JE, 1993 |
General description technique/protocol: In four cases (PHA-L cases 20,43,66,73) the injection site was restricted to TE1, the dorsal aspect, sparing the transitional, ventral portion, TE1v. PHA-L case 43 (Figs. 2, 3) was a typical injection of dorsal TE1. Collator note: PHAL injection in the mid-rostrocaudal AUDp. The injection is completely included in the region, and it is mapped here onto Swanson Atlas Levels 34-35. |
