General description technique/protocol: Case 54, injection in the lateral secondary visual area (Oc-2-L). The injection site is just lateral to the primary visual cortex (Oc-1-B) at 6.3 mm caudal to bregma. In both cases the injection site includes labelled cells throughout cortical layers II to VI. Collator note: injection mapped here onto VISal, Swanson Atlas Levels 39-40. |
