General description technique/protocol: Collator note: case 42, retrograde tracer injection in the rostral PL, more ventrally, covering layers I-IV. The injection has a dorsal tail that labels the ventral ACAd in the injection level. Also, the halo covers almost the entire ACAd in the injection site level, as well as the PL in the next level. The injection is mapped here onto Swanson Atlas Level 8. |
