General description technique/protocol: [...] labeled axons terminated in the substantia nigra (SN, Fig. 1I,J), the raphe nuclei (R), (Fig. 1K), and the parabrachial nucleus (Pb, Fig. 1L). Collator note: the SNc is more consistently labeled than SNr. The pattern is medio-lateral, along Swanson Atlas Levels 35-40.
