General description technique/protocol: Labeling patterns of an illustrative case of injections in the IL (n=4) are shown in Fig. 3A. All injections include both the superficial and deep layers (Fig. 3B). Collator note: IL as defined in this paper does not include the dorsal peduncular cortex.
