General description technique/protocol: The projections from PL to the mediodorsal nucleus terminated in the lateral portion of the nucleus, unlike projections originating in IL, and PL had projections to the laterodorsal and parataenial nuclei that are not shared with IL (Fig. 4E). Collator note: Swanson Atlas Levels 28-29; sparse fibers in the rostral part of the CL; the strength is "weak" at best. |
