Case pg239,241. Soma notes Fb labeled cells densely agreggated in layer VI in IL & caud parts of PL, rostral PL more sparsely labeled. Numbers of cells were present in layer V (particularly adjacent to III), though conspicuously fewer than in layer VI. Very rarely cells in III.. Terminal notes Thalamic inj (FB) in case DLM50 centred on mediodorsal nucleus at approx 3mm behind. bregma. Inj site largely confined to one side & included both pars med and lat of MD, paraventricularis nucleus, lateral habenula & dormed part of ventrolateral nuc.
