5450 Bed nuclei of the stria terminalis anterior division fusiform nucleusCentral nucleus of amygdala medial part fibers of passagePHAL
Within the amygdala, the CEAm receives a dense terminal field generated by abundant fibers displaying branches and terminal boutons (Figs. 3B, 6L–O). Collator note: Atlas level 23, Swanson 1998. Fibers of passage are present. Figure 6K from the paper.

General description technique/protocol: Nevertheless, several PHAl control injections were made in areas surrounding the BSTfu, including the dorsomedial nucleus and subcommissural zone of the BST. These two areas were examined in some detail because they contained a few labeled cells in the experiment to be described in detail (BST92).

Further details associated to record number 5450:
Position of injection: everywhere
Topological position of injection: overlap
Extension of injection outside: small
The injection was performed in: right hemisphere
Position of terminal field: dorso-medial
Topological position of terminal field: is covered
Extension of terminal field outside: none
The terminal field was found: ipsilateral
