Bed nuclei of the stria terminalis posterior division transverse nucleus | Lateral septal nucleus rostral (rostroventral) part dorsolateral zone lateral region dorsal domain |
not present | PHAL | Collator note: this connection is considered to be non-existent, because all of the atlas levels were inspected. | Dong H.W., Swanson L.W., 2004 |

General description technique/protocol: The projections labeled in Experiment BST53 are illustrated in detail because it had the largest injection site virtually limited to the BSTrh (Figs. 1, 2), and because the projection pattern is indistinguishable from that labeled in the other experiments, with a PHAL injection essentially restricted to the BSTrh. |
Further details associated to record number 38573:
Position of injection: everywhere |
Topological position of injection: N/A |
Extension of injection outside: small |
The injection was performed in: left hemisphere |
