90729 Main olfactory bulbOlfactory tubercle light/moderatePHAL
In the rostral (Fig. 1B) and caudal (Fig. 1C) levels of the olfactory tubercle, labeled fibers were found in layer I, sublamina Ia (Fig. 1D), throughout its medio-lateral and antero-posterior axes. Collator note: quite strong labeling of the rostral OT. See Fig. 1B, Swanson Atlas Levels 9-10 (+ 2.28 mm from bregma).

In the rostral (Fig. 1B) and caudal (Fig. 1C) levels of the olfactory tubercle, labeled fibers were found in layer I, sublamina Ia (Fig. 1D), throughout its medio-lateral and antero-posterior axes. Collator note: moderate labeling of the caudal OT. See Fig. 1C and D, Swanson Atlas Levels 14-15 (+ 0.72 mm from bregma).

General description technique/protocol: Six injections of biotinylated dextran-amine were placed at the main olfactory bulb. Case 7605 is described as a representative case. The injection affected the dorsal portion of the mitral cell layer of the main olfactory bulb (Fig. 1A). Collator note: the injection site is shown in mid-sagittal view.
