General description technique/protocol: Collator note: FG injection into caudal half of the PL. The injection is shown in Fig.5 C-E, which corresponds to Swanson Atlas Layers 6-9. Dorsoventrally, the injection is located in the ventral part of the PL in Atlas Level 6, it is restricted to PL in Level 8, and extending into the dorsal part of the ILA in Level 9.
The injection is made in the deep layers of the PL (Level 9) and seem to label all layers in Level 6. |
