Additional moderately to heavily labeled sites were CLA, AId, and parts of AON (Fig. 8b–d). Collator note:AONpv is labeled clearly in Fig 8.B (Sw. Atlas Level 7), by a band of neurons that descends from the PL-ORBm.

General description technique/protocol: Collator note: FG injection into the caudal part of the ILA. The injection is shown in Fig.8 E-F, which corresponds to Swanson Atlas Layers 9-10. Dorsoventrally, the injection occupies the ventral part of the ILA. It is possible that in Atlas Level 10 (Fig. 8E) the deep layers of the TTd are involved. If so, the spread, as compared, is minimal. The injection involves all ILA layers, including Layer I.
