General description technique/protocol: In [experiment] R243 (fig. 26), an injection of 3Hproline is centered in the posterior prepiriform cortex. Cells are labeled heavily only in cortical layers II and III. Collator note: injection in the PIR, dorsally, and placed mid-rostrocaudally. The injection is shown only in lateral view, Fig. 26, page 278.
