91777 Orbital area medial partPerirhinal area strongbiotinylated dextran amine (BDA)
The injection resulted in a dense plexus of labeled axons and axonal varicosities rostrally in PER, at the level where the dorsal hippocampus merges with the ventral hippocampus. Collator note: strong labeling in the rostral PERI, especially in layer V, with some label in layers II-III. See Fig. 4B, Swanson Atlas Levels 31-33.

91779 Orbital area medial partPerirhinal area light/moderatebiotinylated dextran amine (BDA)
The labeling density decreased at more rostral levels (Fig. 4A) and at more caudal levels of PER (Fig. 4C,D). Collator note: weak-moderate label in the rostralmost part of the ECT. See Fig. 4A, Swanson Atlas Levels 31-32.
Kondo H. & Witter M.P., 2014
91781 Orbital area medial partPerirhinal area light/moderatebiotinylated dextran amine (BDA)
Collator note: labeled fibers mostly in layer V, mid-rostrocaudally. See Fig. 4C, Swanson Atlas Levels 38-39.
Kondo H. & Witter M.P., 2014
91783 Orbital area medial partPerirhinal area not presentbiotinylated dextran amine (BDA)
Collator note: no label in the caudal PERI and ECT. See Fig. 4D, Swanson Atlas Levels 41-42.
Kondo H. & Witter M.P., 2014
General description technique/protocol: In a representative case (case F-25), the BDA injection involved mainly layer III, with some involvement of layers II and V, at a midrostrocaudal level of MO (Figs. 2, 3A, 4, Table 2). Collator note: the injection is mapped here onto Swanson Atlas Levels 4-5.
