everywhereright hemispherescatteredmoderatestrongIn all four cerebellar nuclei there are scattered, densely immunopositive neurons (Figs. 1, 4B, 7B, 8B). These have small to medium cell bodies (12-14 micrometers), with dendrites usually distributed in a stellate configuration. A diffuse axonal plexus (Fig. 4B), presumably belonging to these neurons, is also distinctly stained, as are a number of large afferent fibers. The large projection neurons usually appear immunonegative or, at most, weakly stained.
